PRESCHOOL
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT PROCESS

PRESCHOOL - Ages 2, 3, 4/5

We know it’s a jungle out there trying to find the right place for your little one to grow and learn academically, socially, and spiritually in a clean, safe environment where children matter to their teachers and to the Lord! To enroll your child in a preschool class here at Destiny for the upcoming school year, a two-step process is in place. The first step is to complete a New Student Application. Once this application is approved, the second step is to complete the Online Registration Process. 

1. Click here to access the New Student Application that must be submitted online. An application fee of $35 must be paid to submit the application. The fee decreases by $5 for each additional New Student Application submitted, up to 4 per family. 

2. After submission, Destiny’s enrollment coordinator will confirm class availability and approve the application. A link to complete the remainder of the online registration process will be emailed to the parent/guardian. 

3.  The parent/guardian has 14 days to complete the registration process by finalizing the online forms, including printing, completing, and uploading the following documents, as well as paying the non-refundable $175 registration fee.​ Registration fees cover the cost of curriculum and supplies for the entire school year. * please make an appointment right away as the registration cannot be submitted and will not be complete until this form is uploaded.

4. After 14 days, if the registration process is not finalized, and all documents are not uploaded, the enrollment coordinator has the right to revoke the application. In this case, the parent/guardian must re-apply and pay the application fees again.

5. Once the online registration process is complete and the registration fee is paid, a child’s placement is then guaranteed. Please note that ALL documents must be uploaded online before the registration process will allow submission.

6. Look for a welcome email in late July with details about when and how you will meet your child’s teacher. In the meantime, feel free to email registration@dcpschool.com with questions you may have about this process.

ELEMENTARY
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT PROCESS

ELEMENTARY - TK, K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Grade

We know you have a choice when it comes to educating your child and we are excited to partner with you as together we work to shape your child’s God given destiny for the upcoming school year! To enroll your child in an elementary class here at Destiny for the upcoming school year, a two-step process is in place. The first step is to complete a New Student Application. Once this application is approved, the second step is to complete the Online Registration Process. 

1. Click here to access the New Student Application that must be submitted online. An application fee of $45 must be paid to submit the application. The fee decreases by $5 for each additional New Student Application submitted, up to 4 per family.

2. After the application is submitted, an in person Parent Interview/Student Evaluation will be scheduled within ten school days. These will be scheduled during the school day between 7:45am – 4:00pm and children will be evaluated on both their academic abilities and their readiness for the program offered here at Destiny. 

3.  Within two school days of the Parent Interview/Student Evaluation Notification an email will be sent to families letting them know if their child has been selected to complete the registration process, join the waiting list, or re-apply in the future.    

4. The parent/guardian has 14 days to complete the online registration process by finalizing the online forms, uploading the following documents, as well as paying the non-refundable $275 registration fee.​ Registration fees cover the cost of curriculum and initial school supplies. Click the links below to print the forms and make appointments for your child’s dentist and doctor to sign them, so they are ready to upload.

- Oral Health Form - This document must be signed by your child’s dentist – please make an appointment right away as the registration cannot be submitted and will not be complete until this form is uploaded.
- Medical Form - This document must be signed by your child’s physician – please make an appointment right away as the registration cannot be submitted and will not be complete until this form is uploaded.
